| SETH WOOTEN New Jet City Amps Artist BIO ![]() Turner County, GA, a small town in South GA of a population of about 4,200 people. The "Peanut Capital of the World" is solely known for its famous Fire Ant Festival. This small town is also the home of very talented guitarist and now Jet City Amps sponsored artist, Seth Wooten. Seth began playing the guitar at around the age of 12. He later crafted his art to the collegiate level where he studied classical guitar for many years. Wooten's style of guitar can only be described as "Nashville Edge". This "Edge" blends very well with the sound of country rock artist Ben Wells. Before linking up with Wells, Seth had the thrill of sharing the stage with some of today's and yesterday's greatest bands like Shenandoah. He also worked as a crew hand on one of Brad Paisley's earlier tours. Seth has now grown into an even greater guitar player than before playing with Ben Wells. Since his addition, Seth can add greats Sara Evans, Rodney Atkins, Dierks Bentley, and over a dozen more to his repertoire of stage acts. He now brings the sound and tone of Jet City Amps on the road, day in and day out with him and the sound of Ben Wells. Jet
City Amplification was launched in the Fall of 2009 with a goal of
delivering great guitar amps at affordable prices. They came into
the world with 5 simple products; a 20 watt head and combo, which is
based on Soldano's Atomic 16, and 3 cabinets. From there they
added several new amplifiers, all with the "100% tube tone -- 0% bullsh*t
mantra" simple, focused and great sounding products for guitarists."We are thrilled to take Jet City on the road with us and couldn't ask for a better company, or quality of amp to share the stage with," Wooten says, "and I look forward to more live performances".
